Ingredients:



1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

Instructions:

Add Fresh Fruit: Then arrange your preferred fresh fruit layers above the Greek yoghurt. Classic berry options include raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, and strawberries, but you can also get creative and use whatever fruit is in season or easily accessible.



Sprinkle with Granola: Top the fruit with a coating of granola for extra crunch and texture. Granola can be made at home with oats, nuts, seeds, and dried fruits, or it can be purchased from a store. For optimal nutrition, go for granola that is high in fibre and low in added sugars.



Repeat Layers: Greek yoghurt, fresh fruit, and granola should be layered until the top of the glass or bowl is reached. To suit your tastes, feel free to get creative with your layering and switch up the fruits and toppings.



Drizzle with Honey: Drizzle some honey or maple syrup over the parfait's surface for a hint of sweetness. This improves the flavour of the fresh fruit and adds a hint of sweetness that balances the tanginess of the Greek yoghurt.
