Ayurvedic View
Hrillasa - Due to agni mandhya(low digestive power)along with kapha unctuous quality, a person feels dampness in the tongue, a heavy feeling of the tongue, lala srava or praseka(excessive salivation in the mouth), feeling the urge of chardi(vomit urge), etc, this is nausea. The Ayurveda way of approach is to correct agni(metabolism), bring dosha back to a balanced state, improve aasya vairasya (altered taste of tongue), and reduce the symptoms by Ayurvedic panchakarma treatment.
